Return Policy

Phoenix Fine Art Gallery is a print on demand company, which means all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported as our print providers do not have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.

However, the customer is able to request a replacement product at no extra cost based on the following:

  • the product was misprinted.
  • the product was damaged (excluding damages during delivery)
  • the product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong selected size, color, or type, etc.).

Phoenix Fine Art Gallery has the sole discretion to grant a refund or replacement. In order to request a refund or replacement, the customer must send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem to Phoenix Fine Art Gallery via email at info@PhoenixFineArtGallery.com within 30 days of delivery.

For clarification, Phoenix Fine Art Gallery will not grant a refund or replacement product solely because:

  • it was unsatisfactory for any reason (excluding the matching of the provided fulfillment information)
  • the shipping provider did not complete delivery/the delivery was late

In such cases, the customer must place a new order, or the recipient of the individual order must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider.

Return policy exceptions:

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Items noted as nonreturnable cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased on sale or on clearance cannot be returned.
  • Some Phoenix Fine Art Gallery products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please check the label, hang tag, or warranty card for details and return information.
